Homeway takes care of region restrictions only — it doesn’t include memberships for video sites. Free content plays right away; for members-only content, sign in to your own membership account in that app.

TVs and boxes running Android TV / Google TV, plus most Android-based Chinese-brand TVs (such as Xiaomi), can install the TV APK. Apple TV requires tvOS 17 or later. Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TVs aren’t supported natively yet — plug in an Android TV box instead.

The Free plan covers one phone: signing in on another phone signs the first one out automatically. The free trial and the Standard plan allow 2 devices at the same time, and the Family plan allows 5. Removing an old device under “Devices” takes effect immediately.
